What We Believe

At Central Baptist Church, we hold the belief that God desires an active role in your life. Through the Bible, He communicates His will and intentions. Building a relationship with Him starts with placing your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Embarking on this spiritual journey, God aims to enhance your life and empower you with strength.

Our core beliefs include:

  • The Bible is God's holy word and our guide to a better life.

  • Salvation means to be rescued from our failures, struggles and sins.  Salvation comes when you surrender to Jesus Christ in faith and ask for His forgiveness.

  • The Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity and dwells in believers to equip and guide us on our journey with God.

  • The Church is a community of believers in Jesus Christ who work together to strengthen one another and encourage others to serve the Lord.

  • Baptism is for those who believe in Jesus Christ as their savior.
